You always make every lesson fun and engaging. Thank you to all of our school secretaries, athletics/activities secretary, and our office para professionals who make all our schools run smoothly. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism are truly appreciated. Anyone who knows, KNOWS, you all are the glue that holds us together. We are grateful you are all a part of the Carbon #1 family!
As we approach the holiday season and the wonderful concerts we have scheduled this month, thank you to all of our music educators in Carbon #1 who bring music to the lives of our students year round. Thank you for the impact you have on our students, the music you bring to our schools and community, and your dedicated passion for the arts. We have the best in Carbon #1 and we appreciate you so much!

In honor of National School Bus Safety Week-To all of our CCSD #1 Transportation Staff: Thank you for your hard work and commitment. You ensure our students arrive at school and return home safely, and we appreciate your efforts more than you know. You take them to and from activities and athletic events all around the state (and other states) and sometimes, you drive in not so nice Wyoming winter weather. But we know our students are safe with you, and we appreciate all you do!
It takes a community and a great transportation department to ensure our students come and go from school safely. Our students are our most precious gift and keeping them safe is a top priority at Carbon #1. Thank you to everyone who contributes to that goal!

Yesterday, we welcomed back LSRV staff and today, we welcome back our Rawlins staff for the 2025-2026 school year. Carbon #1 is very fortunate to have so many teachers, counselors, secretaries, nurses, para professionals, administrators, SRO's, transportation staff, food service staff, maintenance/custodial staff, athletic staff and coaches, and technology staff in our district. Here's wishing you the best year yet! Thank you for all you do!
Also, a big THANK YOU to all of our maintenance/custodial, food service, aquatic, transportation, summer school, technology, and central office staff who worked though the summer to ensure we have the best start to the school year! Your hard work shows and we appreciate you!
